Christmas card photo shoot

It's tricky getting a picture with two kids both making a good face! Sam wants to be a goof ball and Gillian is extremely irritated at having to sit still for the camera. But I think we got some good ones. I think the ones we didn't print out for the cards tell a better story of how the day was, and how these kids are at this point in time. Like here - this is a genuine Sam laugh. Love that.

By the time we got out to the rocking chairs, they were both cold and Gillian was pretty much out of patience for the whole thing. But doesn't she have a sweet little cold face?
